How quickly do you respond to emails?
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays. High-priority issues like broken page reports or copyright concerns are usually addressed faster. Complex technical enquiries may take slightly longer.
How do I report a proxy that isn't working?
Use the contact form above, select "Report a Dead Proxy" as your subject, and include the IP:Port of the affected proxy. Our automated system checks proxies every hour, so it may already be removed by the time you report it.
Can I submit proxies to be added to your list?
Currently we do not accept manual proxy submissions. Our automated bots collect and verify proxies from trusted sources automatically. If you run a proxy API or service you'd like us to integrate, please reach out via email.
Do you offer a premium or ad-free version?
Currently Proxy List Free is entirely free, supported by non-intrusive advertising. We have no premium tier at this time. If you're interested in a business partnership or API access, please contact us directly.
